normally i think to VERIFY IF HE SAID THE TRUTH , right??

then i check on a checker the 5 dumps (already used/tryed by mr. X...) ....

now i see tne checker give result... : 4 x APPROVED and 1 x HOLD....

...then i re-check on OTHER checker the 4 x APPROVED to be sure and... 4 x APPROVED too!

NOW, what i have to do??

1- replace to him even if my eyes saw APPROVED then VALID dumps

2- dont replace and show him results of checker and spend 2 hours explining all motivation on why spain dumps not always will work in usa?

1 - good boy, capac replaced approved dumps good rewiews on forum and 200 ppl asking to replace approved dumps each day LOL = capac stay here just to replace dumps

2 - capac not replace and he is a fucking ripper selling shit and 1 bad rewiew on forum but maybe i not pass like an idiot....

lets clear things : when mr X was mr. wydxxx i checked stuff after complayn received and was 7 approved on 9 (i can ALWAYS proobe that with checker logs) and when mr. X was mr. blackcard i checked stuff and was 4 approved on 5!!!
maybe better mr. X start to find better bins for his place......

the point is: RULES ARE DID TO PROTECT VENDOR TOO, NOT ONLY BUYER SO READ IT AND CHOOSE IF BUY OR NOT!! let me clear something for you mr capac , i never buy 9 dumps at one time from you . for ur july base , i made 2 orders . first order , 6 dumps , after swiping , result was 3 good , 1 hold call , 2 decline , and you said i should be happy because that 3 working dumps will make me make money(this order you ripped 3 bad dumps from me , but forget it , because i used in the shop , i can't find out is that u send me bad dumps or i killed dumps in the shop),

second order , 5 dumps , this order i checked all the dumps on checker straight away after u send me the order,because if i use in the shop at first , i still can't find out the truth,you will say i killed dumps myself because i use dumps at a wrong place , and result was 2 good , 3 decline,and i kindly forward back to you , and what u did , you rudely shouting at me saying i am a idiot , i understand why u were exasperating , that's because i find out ur trick , you didn't realize that i will take the rish of killing 5 dumps and check it on checker straight away. 5 dumps , thats 560$ , most ppl will feel distressing if checker kill the dumps,but i did it ,not because 560$ is nothing for me , just to find out is ur july base as good as u said,and result is NO CHECK NO REPLACE is a bullshit. ofcause i am also distressing about that 560$ , if i didn't check it on checker , and use it in the shop, i am sure i can make my money back , maybe a little bit profit, but i will never find out that u mix bad dumps with good . and you have no shame even telling me that (05) decline dumps is good , just take it to the shop use it, and refuse to replace it . from that , i certainly sure that u mix bad dumps with good and sell it.

u r at that point bro , to pick the right bins . capac always use this as a excuse, dumps is dead , because u pick up wrong bins use in a wrong place. .... because you will never find out why dumps dead. that's why i check the dumps straight away on checker after he send me dumps bro.

lot of ppl here can say that i GIFTED much more than 5 dumps!!

Question is of principles! He come saying that only 2 dumps approved coz he checked and this is his 1st fault coz he not respected rules then he had to NOT BUY if he was thinking to check OR tell me BFORE that he not like my rules and want check it!!

He sent me checker log where was 2 approved dumps , 2 DECLINE 05 dumps and 1 decline 51 dump.

i RECHECKED the 2 x decline 05 dumps and one of them was APPROVED (normally this is suficent to delete him from my list)
decline 51 = no funds (and is not my fault, dump is valid but no funds on it, lets see, if i replace no fund dumps valids then when dumps have 20k what? i get a %???)

now ASK to all checker owners what mean decline 05!!

decline 05 = checker glitch = card that cant be checked on checkers = nothing!!

so on 5 dumps i saw 3 APPROVED, 1 NO FUNDS, 1 DUMP that cant be checked (some checkers even DONT charge user checks when is decline 05... so imagine if there is a reason!!)

that are motivations!! if i let ppl piss me on my rules thats bad.

YOU broken rules, u TOTALLY PASSED rules and want me to follow UR personal rules, that i not accepted and this is motivation i not even gifted u 1 dump!

There is ppl investing lot of money searching the right bins for theyr places, serious ppl..... is not right against them to gift dumps around.....
