yes most shops can be carded, but several wont ship for an address different from billing, they will ask you copy of your ID, credit card, proof of address and etc, none of this sites have asked to me so far.

about paypal, i make new accounts with brazil CC's and use it untill it go out of funds.

you're welcome, have some sites like http://quay.cc/ ready to check the bin, they always asks me from what bank is the card to verify the payment.

LOL that could cause them to get suspicious if you used same card on both sites.

or if you use 2 diferent cc's under two different names but to ship both same drop, as i did.

Paypals with brazil CC's can spend about 2K without verify the card.

but usually if you try to use more then $150 in same day you made the account it may get limited.

usually i make the pp, spend about $60 to $90 wait from 3 to 5 days, and make a couple 300 orders untill the card balance goes...

i have my own database, using non-avs and non-vbv bins most sites will become cardable, even amazon i have carded several itens...

hey, do you know if any non avs cc's will work? AU, DE, IT, No etc or is it just Brazil?
