yes most shops can be carded, but several wont ship for an address different from billing, they will ask you copy of your ID, credit card, proof of address and etc, none of this sites have asked to me so far.

about paypal, i make new accounts with brazil CC's and use it untill it go out of funds.

When using the PP like that, how quick does the PP get limited? and does the payment stil go through when limited?

Brazil must be different cuz when I add a credit card to a Paypal account it wants me to do all this verification shit.
Only way I can use paypal is through ebay and pay as a guest.

all with CC, but looks like some are from the same owner. got emails from 2 sites comming from the same sender !

LOL that could cause them to get suspicious if you used same card on both sites.
