Citibank doesnt approve on checkers 90% of the time due to it being Highly Regionblocked and anyways ill let you deal with it but ive been using this guy for along time , and he clearly states his rules

also td 101's are very sketchy these days there highly locked alot of 452070 , and 452071 and (408528 is very hard to use .. i have a few skimmed and even thoes dont work too far from the main city the person lives ... )

im not sure if your using them in canada or the usa . but stay away from thoes burnt bins
the black list should be

Citibank
Td canada trust
Royal Bank ectt..

i reccomend trying smaller credit unions avoid the big banks due to region blocks.

so ive bought about 300$ "500$ or so with refund" and 3 of the dumps approved for less then 1000$ , when i complained he sent me a email with my order number and time it was placed , took me over a week too realise this useless bit of information was the response to my ticket , when i finally got intouch with the vendor he was very hostile , claiming he didnt owe me anything calling me a "Time waster" i clarifyid that i checked them at the time i complained and i felt i was entitled to a refund in the end he gave me back a 100$ credit "not even half of what i put in to start" and told me ill be banned if i keep up my actions , basically this guy sold me a bunch of garbage and kindly told me to fuck off when i complained , heres a few pages of declined dumps to show im not just blowing wind . Proceed cautiously i wouldnt be suprised if someone post's this guy for black list sooner or later i deffientley feel like i didnt recieve what i payed for
