This guy is very rude and disrespectful. I got 10pcs and got zero back. When asked for refund on ticket because of 30% rule (only asked for 7pcs back because I had 3pcs I did not try) no refund at all!!!!

Bad business, I have dealt with a lot of vendors as you all know, and this guy is the worst for me!
