is clear that approvall rate on some bins/country depend a lot from the place where u use brothers, of course due that the "february" base from where ppl is buying now I WILL REPLACE bad ones but NOT if ppl are in the follow list:

- u are USA/CANADA based and u are using 201 dumps
- u are using 201 dumps "well knew" DDA algo
- u are using US dumps in EU
- u are using EU dumps in US
- u are using CHECKED dumps
- u are using bins "well knew" as very restricted bins
- u are working in High fraud alert areas (SPAIN/JAPAN)
- ur bad bin from same base is checked by me and have almost 90% approved
- u are using high security alerted bins (UAE, SAUDI etc) outside same country.

If u are in this list u have 90% of possibility that i NOT replace the dumps.

thats mean:
1st: u report me bad dumps in the expected time from when u received (if u come later i just ignore replace request even if not in list!!!)

2nd: i will evaluate if replace can be done (so if ur case in this list i posted i not even evaluate!)

3rd: if u are in term of replace i will CHECK ON MY CHECKER (i use 2 public checkers), if dump is really bad (decline/hold/card error/expired etc) i will replace

4th: if result of checker is APPROVED i NOT replace and if u insist that "ur checker" is right and mine not or shit like that i just DELETE UR CONTACT from my ICQ!

hi every one,

i just want to share my experience with u ppl,,i try to buy some eu stuff from capac,,,he told me dont buy this this is a dead bin will not work for u....and he was right bcoz i even than buy that stuff from some other vendor..

than i buy some us stuff from capac thats work good and i ordered more 10 pieces ,,,,,which all came decalined ...i didnot ask replacement bcoz that was more than 24 hours....than i buy some us stuff and some near expiry stuff non of them work.............than i ask for replacement...and he told no replacement on usa stuff...
than i got fad up.....not bcoz his stuff doesnot work for me but for that was not my day...

u know some times we select wrong bins that doesnot work in our region and all blam goes to seller.............so just ask for what u sure is working in your region.

I STILL BELEIVE THAT CAPAC IS GOOD.....HE HAS HIS BASE OR NOT ...DOESNT MATTER...... MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT ALL DAYS ARE NOT YOUR DAYS....


I HAVE VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH TRACK2 ....THEY ARE REALLY GOOD PPL........AND I WILL SUGGEST U PPL TO BUY FROM THEM.....
