Now i say uk cc as this is what works for me so if you follow this method then will work for you also.
So you have all the mentioned above now go to aliexpress website www.aliexpress.com
now set up new account with the cc owners details name e.t.c (your freshly made email ) and when asked for address put there address.

After you have set up the acc with all the info needed verify the email address with them as they ask. Now go shopping find what you want, now i know alot of people think as this is a china website it is just full of counterfeit goods and useless chinese things like a watch with a mini camera inside e.t.c but dont be fooled There is some descent stuff on here.
Find the good sellers you will find blackberry phones 9900 e.t.c and older models . sony cameras android tv box e.t.c , embossers you get the idea.

now once you have found what you are looking for buy it , now when you get to the payment page all aliexpress asks for is card holders name .the card number.ex date. and cvv so enter the info. Now yes the website is vbv BUT we all have different methods of getting around this you will either have your non vbv bins or use fullz even tho the site has vbv it doesn't always come up to be honest there security does suck a bit but that's to our advantage right .

Ok so now payment has been made, if it hasn't then chances are the cc hasn't got a good balance so you can either try and find a lower value item and buy or simply start from step 1 again LONG process/ maybe WORTH it for sure.

Once the payment has gone through Aliexpress have a verify process that takes 24 hours to verify your payment, this is normally and they do this with every buyer.
24 HOURS LATER.....

So by now payment will have been verified , no most sellers dont ship straight away it normally takes around 2-3 days for them to process it ,so here is what you do as the acc has the cc owners address for shipping already . There is a option to chat to the seller direct through the website and leave messages this is where you will tell them to ship to your drop address, you can either download there software called trademanager or use it through the site . just click on the details of the order and you will see chat now option if they are online.

So send them your drop address and name or if your drop can pick up in any name leave the name as cc owner doesn't matter really. the reason it doesn't matter with the site is because thousands of people use aliexpress for drop shipping so by you sending them new address to ship will not raise any flags with the site can even put with your message it is a drop ship please send to 12345 blah blah rd e.t.c.

Now when you want to card it again with a different card do not use the same acc. just start the process over again clear cookies e.t.c first.

This is the method i use and it is working so if you have been having trouble try this and get some success.

Dhgate was another good website when they accepted Paypal. You could have carded $1000 no problem and payment verify within 1 hour. Now they stopped accepting Paypal. You can still card with moneybookers or CC.
