I would have to agree with the above. If clause k did not replace then there would be a problem but he does! This shit is getting harder and harder every day. I think clause does his job and tries to provide us with the freshest dumps possible. Facts are US dump owners are BROKE! and systems are getting better to combat fraud. KNOW you bins! and make money with clause k. I think it is one of the safest bets around right now. Thank you for the great customer service clause and dont let these Pennie shoppers get you down. I agree, this seller is very consistent. Overall i always do good with him. i few decline dosen't mean anything.
Tip: always buy when it's crispy fresh, know your bins and you should win ;-)

Tried mixed dumps from last bases , all whent very bad .. Bases is dead , mostly like every wher they die in 2 days from upload.
Few pop out under 50$ whats mean i dont brake even , becauz made them on blanks.

Yes I have had worst batch of stuff with this guy shop.I have tried 2 bases PA and NY once it was updated.BOTH i didnt get any dump to work for me even for little stuff.Didnt even borther to ask for replacement because my plastics are worth more then the dumps.Let me add these dumps where tried in same state as base.this guy bases have to be flagged or something.
