As I understand BINs contain information related to the card issuer, issuer country and the type of card it is. Now I see on the forum, certain BINs are "great" (non-VBV of course) but others aren't so much when carding, what does that exactly mean? What if I have CC which isn't listed on those BIN list, does that mean the transaction is most likely or will decline?

So one has to just jeopardize? i mean ive seen some of guys in my neighbourhood carding rolexes etc from chrono24, a lot of electronics and sending them to peoples adresses that gets paid like 100$ for using their adress, how they doing it?

How effective are generated BINs? I tried generating BINs (valid) in conjunction with CC generator and tested the generated CC for vbv/non-vbv, some of them came back as non-vbv, though not sure if they will be of any use at all lol?
