This is not his real icq, i got a private message from him since 13-08-2012, with a whole different icq, unless there was a monkey business i'd suggest you post a screenshot of his PM with that icq.

im sorry for your loses, but when doing a big transaction like this you should use escrow or verify real icq of the seller
