This is something I've had issues with. Fuck eBay for not letting me sell my stolen products and pay their fee in peace. This is how I opened an eBay seller account from scratch, with no contact details on the CR or BG. It ended up being pretty simple.
I went to walgreens and purchased a greendot card and loaded it with $20, activated it with a textverified number so I can use it for online purchases using the same fullz I speak about below. I then purchased a $10 reloadable Tello esim with the greendot on my iphone SE.
I opened the ebay account under an email attached to the fullz background report (blackwwh.to), and used the tello number for it, simply so I can reload it and speak on the phone if necessary. Not 100% sure the email on background report had anything to do with verification, I just did it because I had it, using private relay on iphone SE.
One day after opening the eBay I made a small listing for a used item under $20. instead of autobanning my account or requiring a phone call to proceed, it just stopped me politely and sent me an email asking to verify my identity. I clicked the email link and had to choose between a live scan or upload docs.
I hit up a docs guy (@pod_main for $40) and he made me an ID scan of the fullz I was using and a bank statement for the greendot with the fullz address. DL had random number. then when i selected upload documents it had me link the greendot account, then upload the statement that had the same account info/routing number as the linked account. $500 monthly limit and i have the card for ATM withdrawal. This was very bare bones, theyre only relying on a mildly good fingerprint and documents. phone was not on BG or CR. $500 monthly limit that can be increased later.
If you add the phone number to the CR of the fullz before this and link a high quality bank to the ebay, the selling limits will be bigger initially.
