I have learned that the same BIN for a cardholder can be the same in California as it can be in Kansas. For example, Cap One will send out signature cards with the BIN 123456 to cardholders in Kansas and issue the same BIN to their cardholders in California. Therefore, my question to is: If we live in the USA, why does it matter what BIN we pick? If 123456 is issued in Kansas and then again in California, what does it matter? Since the banks use the same fucking BIN for their cardholders across the nation what does it matter what BIN we choose?

Just because we ask for a BIN that hits in Kansas does not mean that we will receive dumps that were issued in Kansas. So all this talk about "knowing your BINs" is complete bullshit. Either the dumps are fresh or dead, period.

Everyone knows that . the thing is if you have a bin lets say 414720 and it works good in califorina it usually means that the bin is opened from that region it wouldnt matter if the cardholder is from KY,NY,PA ect .. since the bin is still fresh in the region where its being swiped it will work .

Exactly. If it's fresh it will work anywhere unless you have the bad luck of the cardholder using it a few minutes before you swipe it several hundred miles away.

New base from Feb 11 doesnt seem to be fresh. Bought couple all declined. Replaced another time. Declined. and second time you cannot replace, because you buy from "refunded" money. Used to be good dumps here before, now not the same quality. Hope he comes back next time with better update. I like that it says from which state, just send ppl where base is from.

1.i can't add refunded credit in fresh credit since many clients will abuse the sistem by working hard on dumps till they kill them and then ask for refund......and they can do this again and again and again.

2.some bine are more secured then others. for example there are bins that only work in the area where cardholder lives, and other that work national or international.

3.i'm considering making 24 hrs refund, i also promissed a new shop version with more features but in the last weeks i've been under heavy attack...so extremely busy. good new is that a permanent solution has been found, shop version will be updated in few days, and after that i will have more time to get dumps, improving the quality and variety.

4.the checker i use on shop is an independent paid service. whoever wanna test that can send me a ticket, and i will give him contact with checker admin.

5.If dumps bought with refund credit are bad again, check them on shop so i can see that. than just send me a ticket and i will review the situation and add u more credit to compensate. pls do that in a reasonable period.

I think i'm a reasonable guy, at least more understanding the other sellers since i got into this business instore, and work my way up. If you have any other suggestions don't hesitate to contact me

Honestly speaking.
The quality of Clausks stuff has improved recently. I had Bad experience many times in the past, but I kept trying him because of his honesty. This vendor will help u out and understand your needs. If its a reasonable thing he will listen to u. There r tImes wen checker is wrong or dumps are bad. You write him a ticket and he will take care of u.

Most vendors r just ripping people off these days. Much respect to Clausk for being truthful. Looking forward to tHe new version of shop and better quality.
