I has balance before left on web , last week when i got new web link money was still inside, now after week i log in again and there is no balance and just few $ left and no order made!! So where is my balance???????????????????????

Here is my experience with kate.
I bought dumps from kate few times. The last one was the worst one (60% of dumps were declined but I couldn't exchanged them dew to timing issues). So maybe if I would exchange my dumps I would have a better out come.
My other orders were between 90-80% successful. By successful I mean dumps were not declined (balances were different). But seller is not responsible for the balance. Over all I had a good expereince.

regarding declines can be for some reasons either insf balance either reg block or either extra security, also some of them get killed after first use so if u swipe and decline for 2k cause of insf funds 2nd time wont work for 2 $ anyway we are late in time not 7 8 yrs ago when all were like wow same as cashout pins with 13 of 0 in track2.
