checker not functioning well, bought 2 cards now and use shop checker its says valid... when authorized with my checker with $1 it declined used online its also declined.. loosing money bro pls fix checker.. Ticket had been created in shop i pray its attended to

This is what i got when ticket was created in shop

Ticket was created successfully but notification to admins about this ticket was not sended due to connection problems with smtp server!
Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

Its the same thing I also get. Check it later. Admin will close the ticket and status being Problem Solved.
Check back 3 days later, your ticket will not even be in the system... So much for good Customer Service

Use sock or VPN to login and then load balance. Works for me

uk validity is very low on master and i bought 3 master checker says valid despite small checker time and its doesnt work for 4£ .i have made complaint to support no response

try2chek and other checker was chosen and its says card valid meanwhile card is dead from shop cant even charge for $1 manually, nothing is done to this via ticket created as admin cant even received any ticket created in your shop. I advised you give attention to customer complaints by fixing your checker and also fix ticket creation so that you will be enable to answer to tickets without delay
