good material shop and card validator must be working perfectly aware that many cardholders have restrictions on their cards where the request for a specific purpose such as insurance payments of cash withdrawals locks for online payments or merchant where have used any restrictions but I thank UNICC profiting handsomely
I had this same problem when funding while running a browser with NoScript (ScriptNo on Chrome). If this is your case, try funding in a browser without NoScript running. This is what fixed my issue.

problem not resolved i messaged support on jab and told me to fill ticket.. ticket system automatically closes tickets marked for technical support ??..

Do these guys speak english ?? or what type of translator service are they using....
use IE or Firefox google chrome not working good with site. Do not use add blocker pro or anything els it will not update balance ..!! Tried with another account funding fine but 1 account still pending balance update , site is good but support is not..
problem fixed on my main account!!! All people do not use chrome for funding on this shop.. use ie or firefox with all addblocking plugins off..!! or you will wait 3-4 days for ticket. Funding works with ie as suggested before.. Nothing to see now keep it moving back to work!!
