I sell here a non public Debit offerer, which you can fill/load with CC .(credit card)
There is no postident operation and no passport verification to do.
Within 7-10 days the debit card arrives you.
The fill limit is 3k with cc and 5k with bank account.
The get-off limit at the atm is 700? at the day.
In stores you can buy with that card daily up to 2500$ (pos limit)

Its a real card. A real prepaid credit card, which you can fill with virtual stealed cc ^^
And this real prepaid credit card you can cash out at every atm world wide and you can pay with it in very much stores worldwide.
