1. Always use cc shops that offer refund
2. always go for latest bases
3. choose only refundable bases
4. follow rules of shop. Especially checking rules. most shops give check time at least 5mins, some offer 2mins check time. What this means is that when you purchase a cc you have 5mins or 2mins to check validity of card and when its dead you go for refund but when card is live it mean the shop has done its job.
**You can use checkers you trust or use apps like ubereats. You just link card bought to ubereats and when I adds successfully it means card is live but when you get a decline and other responses for card unable to add then head straight to shop for refund. And remember you are doing this within the check time limit so when you are not fast enough and card is dead you might not get a refund
