AriGold, there is public icq for complaints in my first post in this thread. When I am unreachable you have to use that contact in case if you need urgent replace or whatever else. We are always loyal to our customers like you & I am sorry for any misunderstanding & inconvenience!
scamcity, man, your manager is from another board, it is not ok to use my thread as we are not dealing with you & check first message, there is ICQ for complaints about service or order (do not forget to provide order code when you are speaking about it). Jimservice is very big team & it's difficult to manage conflicts with customers when they are not interested in fixing them but they are interested in making posts all over the forum where they are criticize our service!

I understand now what scamcity is telling about! He is posting here those messages about promise from previous support (support has been changed) to give him free dumps. This was a long time ago. More than 2 months ago. He is acting like he is working in US but I don't believe in this (at least this can be explanation for different from other customers results). Use icq from initial posts (which is dedicated for complaints) & he will give you free dumps, according to promise of your previous support. But this will be last time when you are receiving something from us.
