To find out if a card belongs to non vbv bin or non mcsc bin, you can use the following methods:
1. Buy a complete database of all bins, in which you can find more than 500k live non-vbv bins of 2021.
2. Ask the CC sellers or the technical support of the CC stores for up-to-date non-vbv bins.
3. Explore public lists of non-vbv bins in various topics on the forum.
4. Use free checkers - telegram bots and other checkers.
5. Use verification methods in stores and sites described on this forum.
6. Test cards in payment systems and shops on your own.

There is no most accurate and reliable service that allows you to find out the reliability of non-vbv bins.
You can get fatty and tasty non-vbv bins only by yourself testing various cards in stores and thus you will develop your own list of non-vbv bins that suit you.

Do not forget that you can pay with any cards in shops and services with 2D-secure technology, non-vbv bins are not required, any cards are suitable.

Your question has been answered many times, but let me write it again.
BINs shared in the public domain are cards that have expired and are no longer used.
Unfortunately, you don't have a chance to understand this by asking or looking.
Either you will proceed through trial / error.
Or you will buy a list of these BINs from a paid service.

Another issue is that the cards are not vbv or mscs, it does not mean that you can use them everywhere.
You should prefer websites with weak security systems that we call 'Cardable'.

The store you've mentioned only allows you to purchase non vbv cc if you are registered as Gold or Aluminum member for which I think one has to pay around $2000, which is a bit hefty even for experienced carders let alone beginners lol.

This is what I would suggest though it is a bit time consuming but will pay off.
1. Generate BINs using BIN generator and use telegram bot to test them for their VBV status.
2. Copy and paste BINs from cc shop/seller into the bot and test them for their VBV status.

This way you can make a list of NON vbv bins and use them to purchase cc in future.

Note, you don't have to use the bot to test the bins, feel free to use an alternative method or checker.

To be able to buy non-vbv bins in that store, you need to buy the appropriate tariff.

But you end up with:
1. Valid cards with non vbv bins that can be used for their intended purpose.
2. You collect the list of non-vbv bins.

That is, the profit is quite obvious.

This method may seem difficult for beginners who do not have the investment to start.

I think the shop owner is quite active on wwh forum, maybe try to contact him there.

To be honest, as I have mentioned in my previous post, it'll be more reliable and accurate if you spent some time looking non vbv bins through your own research. Paying $1000 just so you can purchase non vbv ccs especially when you are starting carding sounds a bit naive.

The method I have mentioned above, you can make a list of non VBV bins in 1 hour or so and then just purchase those bins from your cc supplier, if they have it.
Similarly, before you purchase any cc, just use its BIN to a generate a card info and find out (method mentioned above) its VBV status therefore this way you'd be only purchasing non vbv BINs.

I am not defending or blaming anyone, but there is a standard rule - if you have reason to suspect any store of fraud or partial deception, please, along with your statements, confirm the words with real evidence (screenshot with the results of the checker for checking the validity of cards, message or ignoring the store about the refusal to replace an invalid product, screenshot of payment in his direction, quantity and date of the purchased product, link to the claim in the black list on any forum).
It is undesirable to unfoundedly accuse someone without valid proofs, as this spoils the reputation of the store.
It is always advisable to warn other carders about possible deception, but it is reasonable to do so so as not to be unfounded and unconvincing.
