In addition, the accused reported knowingly false information about the need to bribe members of the expert commission in the amount of 10 thousand US dollars for a favorable solution to issues related to the successful examination of a virtual gambling establishment.

As a result, the specified amount in cryptocurrency was transferred to the defendant's crypto wallet.

In addition to receiving cryptocurrency and cash, the spouse of the accused was fictitiously employed in one of the companies in the field of gambling, while her salary was part of the bribe.

As a result of illegal activities, the head of the testing laboratory received income in the form of 35.6 thousand US dollars, 138.3 thousand euros, 61494 units of USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency, which, according to information on its quotes on the investing.com portal, is equivalent to 61.5 thousand US dollars.

The accused did not admit his guilt during the trial and refused to testify.
