EMV chipped cards (201) all require pin.
Also, scratching it will not get it out of work, you have to short circuit it.
Yes, you can use it on the same pos, after inserting the card and when Pos says error, it will ask you to swipe the card.

Maybe different depending on county.

different from bank to bank and country to country

like brazilian dumps, if used in brazil, even when you swipe, you will need the pin, but if you are using in US it won't ask for the pin

yes dead as in cc is invalid.
You use the fullz info for lots of thing, getting new cards, opening accounts,getting loans, renting things or places.
You can make lots on money with fullz if you know what to do with them.
