I'm assuming that .onion websites like c4rdzilla and CCseller are scams after looking through the information in this beginner forum. The posts basically mention that most sellers wouldn't sell dumps with PIN since they could just cash out themselves, thus these websites I'm finding on TOR must be total BS right? They say they work with an escrow service, but maybe the escrow service is also a scam?

If anyone could let me know if those sites are legit or not, please do. I'm assuming it's too good to be true

All sellers who sell dumps + pin = 100% scammers.
If they offer you a deal through an unfamiliar and unreliable escrow service, it is 100% fraudulent.
