Thats a bad Innovations, never give a Fraud User your an Copy from his ID so you minimize your only customers .
An check from wu its a cash send or not ist okay because a copy id, nogo.

You really don't have a leverage over other exchange services now by forcing users to send you documented info, kinda sad but oh well. You should at least keep same old policy for your old customer perhaps.

We focus on your mind and decided that now we need only copy/photo of WESTERN UNION check from senders. No ID now. Only WU check.
