Попробовал поменять около 500 WU на Либерти. Деньги отправил наличными в отделении. Получил от саппорта сообщение, что, мол, деньги отправили назад отправителю. На самом сайте ВЮ, при введении МТСН и данных отправителя, получаю сообщение: "Current status : Available for pick up by receiver" Отправил сервису копию платежки. Дерен пообещал попробовать еще раз завтра. Ждёмс. Как будут результаты, отпишусь.

Действительно получилась такая ситуацыя. Дропу в банке сказали что перевод невозможен и он был отправлен обратно отправителю. На сайте вю отображается так-же как написал уважаемый johnni_doe. На самом деле, при подобных проблемах статус не меняется (наблюдения по ходу работы). На счет дропа добавлю что он свежий, работает у меня всего второй день. В чем проблема попытаемся выяснить завтра. В любом случае деньги Вы получите, johnni_doe, вопрос в каком виде остается открытым.

I checked the status of my WU transfer today on the WU site and saw the following: "Current status : Picked up". This is an obvious rip-off!!! DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL THE SITUATION IS CLEARED!!!

Во первых! Мне нету смысла Вас кидать. Во вторых, я работаю с сумами куда больше чем ваша... и мне от ваших 500 не холодно не жарко. Во треих, после Вашего перевода десятки людей воспользовались мои сервисом без каких либо проблем и все получили то что хотели. Если Вы выслали грязный вю то так и скажите! Потому как никаких прблем с дропом после вашего и перед ним не было, и все он получал без проблем! Во четвертых, Вы не проверили все в банке и полагаясь лишь на статус трека на вю написали такой отзыв. Вы хоть понимаете как работате система вю?! Ваш дроп или банк получатель возврата мог получить деньги обратно и статус был бы таким же как сейчас, либо Вы пытаетесь кинуть меня! Если Вы в течении этого дня не решите у себя проблему я пишу Блек на Вас!

Firstly! I dont have sense to rip you. Secondly, I work with amount much more than your ... and I'm on your 500 is not cold not hot. In treih after your transfer dozens of people took advantage of my service without any problems and all got what they wanted. If you send a dirty wu then say so! Because no problem with drop after your and befor it wos not, and all of it without a problem! In the fourth, you have not checked all the situation in bank and relying only on the status of the track on the wu site this review. You dont have any idea how work wu site! Drop or your bank or recipient could return for a refund and status would be the same as now, or you're trying to rip me. If you are during the day you are ready at the problem I am writing to you BLACK! Sorry for bad english...

Cитуация оставалось неясной до вчерашнего дня. Вчера вечером звонил в ВЮ и объяснял ситуацию, а мне твердили что перевод доступен для снятия получателем. Сегодня отправился в оффис откуда слал, оператор опять при мне звонил в центр, и там сказали что перевод действительно ушёл назад. Почему так получилось никто объяснить не мог. Основания для отказа в получении тоже не предоставили - типа эта информация только для внутреннего пользования. Заявку на возврат денег от ВЮ написал, обещали вернуть до конца недели.

Претензий к Deren не имею. Человек оказался порядочным и ответственным.

The situation remained unclear till yesterday. I called the WU office and explained the situation, but the people there insisted that the transfer was available for pickup by the recipient. Today I went to the office from which the transfer was made and the operator called the WU service center again. This time they told him that the transfer was indeed returned. Why this happened nobody could explain. Neither were the reasons for the declined receipt given - they said this information was only for the company's internal use. I filed a request for the return of the money and they promised to pay it back by the end of the week.

I have no further claims against Deren. He turned out to be an honest and responsible person.
