Downloading from VX670 error

I CANT CONNECT TO HYPERTERMINAL , I TRIED ANOTHER PROGRAM "REALTERM" AND WHEN I DOWNLOAD IT GIVES ME BUNCH OF STRANGE NUMBERS THAT REPEAT THEMSELVES NOT NORMAL HEX , AND EVEN WHEN I PUT IN ASCII IT STILL ISNT GOOD, THE BAUD IS 115200 SO EVERYTHING IS OK IM USING GLOBAL PAYMENTS ON A VX670 WITH QD0012A5 firmware

if anyone can help i will be sending a bit of LR to their account for helping me out thank you
