ATM Error: Transaction cannot be processed!!!

Hello guys,

I have this bin 532675 with PIN I tried in many countries (EU, ASIA, USA, Africa) to cash-out at ATM machine but after input the PIN I chose amount that I want to withdraw and after that ATM show this error: Transaction cannot be processed! Please contact your bank!

On ccchecker.ru I receive: Error code 57 Serv Not Allowed (Trans. Not Permitted - Card)

I think that this bin is blocked in foreign countries.

My questions is : In the country of this bin , KUWAIT is possible to not work?

I'm thinking of making a trip to the Kuwait for cash-out this bin!

maybe this bin have been get hit before and now they get blocked outside the region(common situation). if u use it in the same region where the card have been get skimmed you will be able to hit for a longer period.

maybe also its track with 201 code? and so when u put into atm with emv it works fine up to point of withdrawal.

try using a old atm, as if it is a 201 the old atm just looks for mag read only

1. its region blocked
2. the victim does not have any money

Go Kuwait when you actually have good amount of various D+P's to cashout otherwise you're just wasting your time.

Bablo I think that is region blocked, if there victim not have money in the account ATM show Insufficient Funds

outside the region doesn't work man... You can try 100 times same error, holder has to inform bank he/she will be travel there.

I had the same problem with a South african dp
