I did but i have no proof as this all happened quit a while ago and on another forum. He tried to sell me high limit AMEX without details, expired cards, cards with small balance (they would be filled the next month he said which didnt happen).
This guy has ripped me under 3 different aliases, but if it happens on a ripper board like russian-elite was, its a warm haven for rippers. I've reported him 3 times, 2 of his aliases were banned and the last time he promised me he would send me back my money (220 euro), but that never happened.
This idiot even had the guts to threaten to send the romanian maffia over to me to have me killed if i would continue with my blacklist.
Maybe he has customers who are happy and satisfied but he's also a ripper.
