I got an access to ES BA acc, with no limits and with 8k transaction to Belarusian BA. Also with possibility to add mail.
And my question is that should I add my mail, and give couple a days to antifraud get familiar with that, precisely (OTLEGA) OR make send immediately to EU BA drop acc.?

thanks for replies.

1. Check if you can make a transfer without adding mail. OTP, TAN codes or security questions may be required. Review the bank's policy on sending money transfers.
2. Check if the phone number is listed in the account. If you add mail to your account, you may receive a notification about this action on the phone number.
3. If you still decide to add your mail to your account, it is advisable to "lie down" for 1-2 days. It depends on the bank's security settings, in many it is not necessary to "lie down" and you can immediately make a transfer.

Tip: For faster and better cashing out, I recommend that you get a drop from a reliable cashing service in this particular bank to make an "internal" transfer. This type of transfers does not arouse suspicion among banks and the money will be available to the recipient instantly.

If you will send the entire amount at once to a bank in another country, but this may raise suspicions, therefore send in parts, and not at once the entire amount in full.

Yeah, phone number is listed in acc., but there is no option to add new number. in italian banks (intesasanpaolo) if there is 2fa sms, it comes up during login as well.
I thought transfer in SEPA region will be considered as ''internal". My initial plan was firstly to add mail, then lie down for couple of days, then when i am about to make send change mail to mine. I appreciate for advice ?

Yes, making a SEPA translation is an excellent choice.
But you cannot make SEPA to the Belarusian Bank, please consider this circumstance.
Transfer to Belarus can take several days, so your best bet is to find drops in banks that are available for SEPA.

Is it better to make transfer during working days or in weekends is also ok?

It is best to make a money transfer on working days, since the clerk on weekends may not approve and process the transaction in a timely manner.
