Today there are a huge number of free courses and educational opportunities. It would seem, take it and use it. But we postpone learning a foreign language, preparing for university entrance, studying a new industry or playing sports for an indefinite period in the future, hoping that someday we will be able to allocate a separate time for this.
In reality, there is a high probability that such a period will simply never come. All that remains to be done is to look for an opportunity right now - even when there seems to be no time for it at all. For example, start with the 15 minute rule.

Start small
It would seem that it takes a lot of time to learn a foreign language - an unaffordable luxury these days. But for this you can start with 15 minutes every day. 15 minutes during or after breakfast, between work, in transport or before bed.
What will it give? Even if you study 15 minutes a day, you will spend 91 hours a year on it. And this is not so little. Of course, you won't be able to learn a foreign language in 91 hours or become a marathon runner with only 15 minutes a day to run. But it is precisely the start from 15 minutes that will help overcome the psychological barrier and laziness, which does not allow us to move towards new goals.

Lark or owl?
Where exactly can I get these 15 minutes? First, determine what time you are most active - morning, afternoon, or evening. It is during this period that you begin your 15 minute plan.
Combine or replace processes
Even if you don't have interruption or distraction at work, pay attention to the time you get to your office or home. Why not combine a subway or bus ride with a little educational activity?
Analyze what you do in your free time after a hard day. Are you on social media or watching TV? If you are not ready to give up your habits (although your brain doesn’t really rest during these activities), shorten the time by devoting the last 15-30 minutes to a useful activity.

Create measurable goals
It will not work aimlessly. At some point, you’ll just get tired of it, and you’ll abandon what you started. Set yourself specific goals that can be measured. For example:
what should you learn this week
what - on the next
what do you want to be able to do in a month
what should come as a result of classes
Dream, write, and start implementing your own plan.

Choose "your" methods
Exercise in a way that you enjoy doing. Read, watch movies, listen to podcasts, or solve puzzles. If you hate memorizing new words, learn sentences or phrases from your favorite books, songs, or movies. Want to master Photoshop? Think of a birthday present for a friend or relative in the form of your work with their photographs.
Just 15 minutes a day can change your life and come to what you have dreamed of for so long. One has only to start.
