Who can Unblock WMZ purse.. for %

hello all .
My wmz purse is blocked with $2.3k in it . Is there any one in this forum or else where that can unblock wmz purses for a % . Shld be willing to accept escrow . I pay for the escrow fees. no time wasters please.

I knew inkvizitor used to provide this but seems of late he doesn't provide it any more or so as it appears as he doesn't reply to PM's too

any other pointers will also be helpful and will leave behind a + feedback for that person

Just get a wmz passport and unblock it urself......also hope u have the number to receive sms

my wm id in question was registered under random name , with random address in the usa . and i am from asia .. so how abt it now ??
