Hi and welcome to my remittance fraud writeup fellow carders. today I'm going to walk you through every single step involved in successfully cashing out atleast 500$ from your first remittance carding fraud, and trust me it IS as easy as it sounds. Please read it till the very end, share your thoughts in the reply section, like the thread if it helps you.

What you need before we start:

A drop account outside the USA: This is extremely important as remitly doesn't transfer funds within the US and UK, the site is made for people who want to send money from USA to their home countries. So make sure you have a drop account setup in a country thats listed on remitly you can easily check without signing up which countries are listed and exactly what banks, e-wallets are accepted to send money to. as long as your drop account is listed on remitly you are in the clear. if not you can just open some or have someone let you use their drop.

A solid anti-detect setup: LinkenSphere with custom parameters set to make your useragent as bland and real looking as possible (or similar browser that you are experienced with) always check with whoer.net and fv.pro

A solid proxy provider: I generally use a wide range of proxy providers you can use whatever works for you, although It is extremely important for your proxy to have >25 fraudscore and match the billing information on the card.

A solid CC provider: If you have a solid CC provider thats amazing. but if you don't do your own due diligence on sellers and find reliable sellers on your own (binx.vip has an amazing tool that lets you see if your card is being sold anywhere else in the market, use it so you know what you're getting is actually first hand). theres an amazing seller thats also a supporter on this forum called Carder.su and lastly I would also like to mention my good friend who has been in the CC selling business for a couple years.

A solid lookup site: You will need to do lookups on the card-holders DOB. I recommend using bender-search.ru and v0index.vip. The standard BG+DOB should be good enough for this method it only costs $0.50 per lookup and provides you with the holders full legal name, emails, adresses, phone numbers and confirmed date of birth.

Now, lets begin with out very easy to do remittance cashout method.

Step 1: Finding a card that skips 3DS
For this method to work you need to find a card that skips the VBV or MSC checks. It is crucial for it to not go to manual approval otherwise the entire play is gritz. lucky for you I am going to share some BINs here that have worked on remitly for me.
424631, 546616, 542418, 546325, 517805, 424631, 488890, 480239, 412299, 480213, 480260, 414709, 470712. Now find any one of these bins in your favorite CC shop and snag a live one.

Step 2: BG+DOB Lookup
Now that you've got your hands on that sweet, sweet card, it's time to gather some intel that will prove most useful in our cheeky little remittance fraud. Perform a BG+DOB (Background and Date of Birth) lookup using any of the bots I listed above. This will give you the cardholder's emails, phone numbers, and billing address. Why is this important? I will get to it later in the guide. Just hold on and watch how this unfolds.

Step 3: Proxy Setup
Now you need to find a proxy that matches the cardholder's billing address. go to your favorite proxy provider and type in their city, state or zip and find a proxy that best fits our description. Always check the IP's fraudscore and whether its blacklisted anywhere or not. (use binx.vip fraud score tool its very good) once you have found and bought a proxy connect to it via your anti-detect browser. (if you guys need tutorials on how to properly setup your anti-detect browsers and pc for carding let me know) and remember to make sure the IP is squeaky clean preferably >0 fraudscore for maximum success.

Step 4: Creating an account on remitly.com
So, now we have that most of our things ready to go we need to go on to remitly.com and create an account using the cardholders details that we just looked up. remember, the BG+DOB look up we did?, Yeah. That gave us all the details we needed to create a remitly account and bypass their antifraud systems. Let me explain what I mean by this. when you process a transaction on remitly their AFS system looks at the details of the transaction (the email, the phone number used and most importantly it cross checks the date of birth across some database im not sure which but they do.) and If any of these details seem slightly off like the name of the card holder not appearing on the email and the phone number being different from the one associated with the cardholder BG might flag the account. Most of this information I've come up with trial and error with trying and changing minute detials each time to see what works and what doesnt.
So cutting short, Head over to remitly.com and use one of the obtained emails from the look-up to create an account. Remitly should log you in without any hassle. Keep the password simple, so you can log back in if needed.

Step 5: Setting Up the Transaction
Once you are logged in you will be prompted to select where you want to send money to and what youre sending money from (card or bank). On the right handside you will see a drop down menu to select the country where you want to send the money.

Simply click it and select the country then you will see the option of Send to a new recipient. Here you will find your drop account and enter the receiver details (account numbers, account holder name etc) very simple to do.

After this you will be prompted to enter sender details (the information we gathered and bought will go here) Fill in the senders details and then click next. For Payment Method: Select 'card' and manually enter the card details. Before proceeding with the transaction double check and confirm the information.

Step 6: Processing the Transaction
If you've reached this step you are one click away from finding out whether your remittance will get approved or not. When you click on review details and you've done everything correctly it shall take to you the next page where you'll see a green circle telling you what their payment processor is doing. If everything checks out with their system you will be taken back to the home screen with a message saying your remittance is on the way to your reciever. The money should land within 1 hour of sending and it can not be charged back by remitly in anycase. And if not that means you've made an error or remitly just doesnt like you. They sometimes require additional verification of cardholders ID which is easy to by-pass if you know your way around android emulation.

That brings us to the end of our guide. I hope this helps you make money.
