When carding shops is it better to register an account as CH? Or should I check out as a guest. And if I register an account for someone who already has an existing account will that kill the cc?

If the store requires account registration, you can do this by entering the cardholder information. Don't forget to warm up your account before paying with a card.
If the store allows you to place an order and make a payment without registration, but as a guest, then you can also try this method.
If the cardholder has already registered his account and added the card to his profile as a payment method, then some stores may block a new account that was created with the same data (the card will remain alive), but most stores will treat this normally and you will be able to continue shopping.
What exact actions the store will take can only be found out by testing, that is, you need to try to do it and see the result.

How long do you warm up an account on average before a successful hit? Actively use the site for like 10-20 minutes then hit? or wait longer? Could you break down your usual process?

Before paying with a card, I carefully study the site for about 15 minutes.
You need to remember that the Antifraud system monitors all cursor actions and open pages. Therefore, where provided, I enlarge product photos, read reviews and store rules. I put some items in the cart, then delete what I don’t need.
It happens that I leave the account to rest and log into it again a few days later with the same or similar IP address (I select the socks5 proxy by mask).
At the same time, I switch to social media accounts and don’t close them when I pay with a card.
