On average, every 2 weeks, a new base is opened and will be added to the binlist. Any base that does not meet quality standards (90% validity or more) will be removed and won't be sold anymore.
Of course I supply a binlist, ask for this on ICQ/Jabber.

Payments & Delivery
Payments for dumps can be made with Liberty Reserve, Western Union and Moneygram.
When paying with LR, you will receive dumps instantly after payment has been made.
Replacement
Dumps can be changed within 24 hours after purchase.
Hold/Call, Card No. Error will always be replaced no matter what - submit bad ones within 24 hours after purchase.
For now (this might change), declined will only be replaced if:
You are a member with some reputation or a returning customer.
