Hey. I think all new members got this message on inbox - “ I’ll teach you a working method and you will give me 30% of outcome “. But is this real? Did really someone showed you a method or is a big scam, just to buy from them CCs and tools?

This character is a scammer. He constantly spam everyone in PM with this offer.
When you write to him, he will start cheating you on buying prepaid software to implement his methods, promising fabulous profits.
After you pay him, you will get nothing and just lose your money.
