This call calms down and offers to resolve the issue with support on the site. But this is for an additional divorce, which I also fell for.
The transaction that went through is not a purchase transaction, it is a Card2Card transfer transaction. Could have alerted, and even slightly alerted. But now the form of "payment" by transfer to a card is very common, it has already become familiar.
