Is checking cards in this bot free or how much does it cost?

I have used it many times and I know for sure that the !ch command does not kill the card
You can also check the card at VBV with a free card generator such as namso-gen.com
Enter the bin and generate the card and check with Carol_5
! vbv cc | exp | cvv

If you want to check if your card can be deducted, use the command

/ bs ccnum | ex / py | cvv

it's free

Vbv bins are set in advance by the issuer.

I do not know exactly how it checks it is of course a secret but it obviously checks it I personally use and it works

If you get above response does that mean its non VBV BIN? If so then what does 'lookup not enrolled' mean?

Checkers on Telegram are often scams
Most of them save card information in the background.
Note: I haven't tested the ad above, I'm speaking generally.
Also, no quality check service offers free service.

You probably are right though I only tested the Bot using real bins but with generated cc (namso-gen.com) so even if it did save card information it won't be much of use I guess.

Any recommendation you may have to find out whether the BIN is VBV or NON?

Unfortunately, there is no tool to test Non vbv or Non mscs yet.
You can learn through trial / error.
BINs shared publicly in forums are generally old and not used at the moment.

Thought I should add this.

So I queried about this slightly further by texting the creator of the Bot and he said if the result is ' NON VBV (lookup_not_enrolled) then apparently the BIN is non VBV.
I then further cross checked it with another method (linked below) to ascertain whether the BINs were actually non-vbv and according to this method the same BINs (initially tested using the Bot) were confirmed as non-vbv.

Please note with both methods I used generated cc information with the BINs I wanted to test (however reliable that is).

Though I cannot cannot say how (if at all) reliable/accurate this bot is.

However, I just checked 3 different bins with three different CC infos and the results were consistent with the initial result. i.e after every test the result was the same and did not change.
Also, as stated in my previous post I did test the same bins with another method to verify the results of the Bot.

I tested the bot most bins I tried were vbv and for sum I got this message “lookup not enrolled” so that obviously means the Cc is non vbv.
