To say he is a ripper is bullshit. If you submit a ticket within the 24hr period he usually refunds you. I just bought 6 pieces from him and they all decline but he refunded me on 3 of them, not sure why he didnt refund on the other 3 but im not gonna cry about it, you always have the choice of using another vendor.
it was only 9 hours passed.. i click on new ticket .. it doesnt allow me .. wtffff

swiped.su is not a ripper. used to have good stuff from my experience, but now his tracks are incomplete missing one number here and there. when you check, of course approve, but when you go in store and swipe, no good. I know some if you experience same issue. Look at your tracks from other vendors or bins and you will see swiped.su is missing one digit most cases with new base. I explained to him twice in my last orders same issue no response. I can't do ticket, like king, problem creating ticket with refund after one hour. It does not work!!! I buy a lot of dumps but i will wait to see if he sends my refund or correct track2. and if anyone else have this problem with citibank dumps frrom him, post it and let everyone know so we can not waste out time/money and plastics! So, swiped.su please look at this issue and resolve for everyone! thank you!
