I want to start with the minimum amount atm cash out!
Can i do it with omnikey 3021 and a 201 dump with pin in Europe?
What about other codes 221. I know 101 is easier but its harder to find anymore 101 and msr is expensive. (i want to ask the same for 121 cards...if they work at atm cashout)
Its really all in one we need that machine? https://www.newegg.com/p/0ZA-05XC-00D82 (or its not compatible with our software we use for carding)

In Europe, most ATMs access the EMV chip, so you need a dump type of 201 + PIN. Dump type 101 is a dump without an EMV chip and can only be written to a magnetic stripe. But there are few such ATMs.
In addition to the device and dumps, you will need software to record valid dump data and empty java cards.
