First he delivered it so i release the funds out of escrow.
Then his hosting mysteriously went down.
So i told him i will get my own BP hosting. When he reinstalled on MY OWN hosting he said he will not install plug-ins anymore unless i pay for the builder.
So he basically wasted $650 of my money for a spyeye build with no plugins.

Then his hosting mysteriously went down.
So i told him i will get my own BP hosting. When he reinstalled on MY OWN hosting he said he will not install plug-ins anymore unless i pay for the builder.
