Is this stuff provided with a full: security code, address, postal codes?
Also, I'm thinking of shipping to Europe, so it would be the best to ship with a card, which is from the country my drop is? Doing it with an american card would be cheaper, but would it work? :S

It's mostly a game of luck, mostly depending on the store.

Some US stores I've carded don't accept/like international cards even for international shipments, while some stores will find it suspicious if you are using a US card for an international order. Just make sure the IP=billing.

Yes, you will get the security code and the billing address.

Also, is there a way to check the cards balance? The checker cheks if it's active, but does it show the balance?
