setting up a company

hi i was just wondering does anyone know how to set up a virtual company ie. a online store and get a merchant acount? what documents do you need to make company legit all merchant acouunts i have seen so far need to be linked with a bank acount. or if anyone knows how to cashout paypal quickly that would be kool 2.

All merchant accounts will require a bank account where money will be withdrawn and the faster i saw as min 2 days. This involves very good id scans, etc
IF you are looking to cash paypal from fraud listings ( phones etc ) then I have paypal drops .
If you are trying to cash paypals from unauth charges, you won't find a way possible.
