start open exchange at website www.xbuysell.com since 1AM 10/10/2012

Your site does not send the activation email to my gmail to verify
my account (i tried multiple times), cannot make exchange.

But on your "contact us" page it have: ICQ 621057176
Wich one to trust?

Same here. And this exchanger is RARELY online in ICQ, something like once per week.
Legit guy and service is good (when online). BUT...

When entering your account information you have entered the correct LR. We are totally not responsible when customers enter the wrong account information LR.
Starting time 4:45 AM GMT time customer can create orders.
All order customers Create before We must cancel. Hope Customers create new

Does no longer offer 3rd party transfers.
So you cannot have 10 workers send WU to 10 drops and you receive LR.
Wants verification online and named sender only.
So unless he change policy DO NOT use this guy, as there are cheaper, legit services for WU>LR if you want to verify yourself.
