Okay i know this guy has done many business in here, but he may turned into a ripper lately its common nowadays, so here is the deal i contacted him for car rental he says min is 100 usd i send him 140 after 1 day he comes back to me and say that min now is 200 and he was sorry didnt know that "admin" his parthner or dunno has 200 min and my money is with him and he dont want to upset him by asking him for refund (lol) and i need to pay extra for my booking.

i dont say he's completly a scammer but becarfull guys i dont cry about my 140$ but just becarfull guys.
