what do you mean by FORD?
Also, I can say that the approval rate of brazil is 80%. But if 20-30% of them are blocked in you region and other 10% are declined (because of the low balance) the rate i say is useless. If you check them by merchant you'll see that around 80% are approved with ammounts from 50-100$ (this is the biggest ammounts that I can set in the merchant I use).
The prices are very good for the quality.

Discounts are made only if you buy full list (101 case).
Don't bother with useless questions! For prices, replacement ruls and others check my first post in this thread FAQ section.
