Also, I can say that the approval rate of brazil is 80%. But if 20-30% of them are blocked in you region and other 10% are declined (because of the low balance) the rate i say is useless. If you check them by merchant you'll see that around 80% are approved with ammounts from 50-100$ (this is the biggest ammounts that I can set in the merchant I use).
The prices are very good for the quality.

Some guy is making an order. He copy+paste me the transaction from LR and he modified the ammount. I checked the trasaction and he sent 0.01$. OMFG! Seriously? He was offline in the next instant. Anyway.. Watchout for this guys!
