I wanted to open up a spoof online business to use my CC fullz and cashout through paid services...

i also have a merchant account to process payments...

But...

"I Need A Total Anonymous ATM Debit Card With A Routing Number To Transfer My Funds To So I Can ATM Cashout...

Is this possible???

None of those cards you mentioned are anonymous. most company have routing numbers for pp cards blocked. you could try square and new blue a/express card.

you might be better off just getting a bank drop for a better chance at excepting payments, i tried greendot (no luck) i will try netspend next

If you have Fulls like you say, use one to open online bank. Send ATM card to your drop.
