I can say how I recruit drop
first You need card a smtp with 100 000 email sending minimum
after card a windows vps and install a spammer with the smtp
Take a lot of email job in your region (you can easy find if you card job website and take the cv with an email sniffer)
for email job the % in EU is 20-25%
For public email list >1%
For email list takes by sql injection, sniffing or other is 2-3% (is good too, you need waste more time)
For other ask about my drop same this ask "How long do drops last mostly?" I prefer don't answer

I recruite my drops in real life. With a little bit social engeneering a lot of people want to do it for u (contact them with a fake id. So you can say to them u dont get caught, and that u are so sure of it that i can show u my id so if the police come that she/he can give ure name. Show ure fake id card to get a proof), or find someone who can fix this for u, that ure more out of the picture. I pay them 10 (small packets) 20 (big packets) euro for each signature. If u have no time for this find some persons in special that only fixing drops for u.
