question about limit's

hi

i have some questions about limit in the country croatia...
till now when i have used every single usa dump it head a limit like 500$..

i have try'd many other bins but every dump only work well till 500$ not more..

eu dumps work perfectly from 1000$ and higher...but the usa just don't go more then 500$...

is it something that i miss or can it just be that this country head such a limit??

and what is about germany or austria...can there be carded with usa more then 500$??? ofc if the dump alows it..

and now it's worse !!!!

last year the limit was like 400-500$ on us dumps...and now its 40-50$!!!!

i have try'd buying something for 100$ and it says transaction incomplite....but if i buy 5 time's for 50$ every time approve...

so the dumps are ok but what is wrong with them??
if they would have some region blok then the first time it wound work...

i have till now try'd like 20 diferent bins and every time the same...

can someone help??

ps. and lost 2000$ for decliend eu dumps...i hope mr.rhodes will help me when i buy from him...

the country is croatia...and i have try'd like 50 bins and many banks and everytime the same...no more then 400-500$ .... eu dumps work like 1k-2k euro but they are hard...


and now 50$ is the limit...why i don't know...
