Fot this amount, can I use fulls and changing the fulls phone number to call-in's phone number ?!

Or use bank login ?!

yes you can use fulls for a wu transfer but the calling of the number is not the only issue they will ask security questions for further verification

If you can spoof card holder's phone number to call, then you are good... they see the card details + phone number in display, mostly if you don't have this, they ask for the area code of your phone number....

also most spoofers blacklist all wu #s and sometimes WU does callback on phone which spoofer cant handle
