POS -HYPERCOM

I have 2 fresh POS hypercom GPRS brought to the store this week but the bank have programmed it to demand for PIN after swiping before it can go for processing. The issue here is that a friend of mine came with a guy that removes the program for us to swipe without asking for PIN and after swiping he puts it back . I need someone with this knowledge to teach me how to remove the PIN and replace it after swiping. The guy that used to do it is nowhere to be found now. Please is anybody willing to help ?
